| I looked at a punching tut on YouTube and this was the outcome of me trying to make a punch:  If the speed is too fast tell me what FPS I should set it to, I used Pivot 3 Beta (the version that has ReSize and SuperSample).  | |

| its ok but beginner level just stiff..not smooth but thats what to be expected | |
